When Stefano and Jennifer met in 2012 and had their first official date at an Italian restaurant called La Serenata in Montreal, the two sat a table nestled in the corner expecting the night to be over after a nice short meal. Instead, they found themselves spending the rest of the evening wining, dining, and getting to know one another. After one year of dating, Stefano and Jennifer returned to the same restaurant. Upon entering, Stefano stopped Jennifer, got down on one knee, and proposed to her there on the spot. Waiting inside at the same corner table where they had their first date was their family and friends ready to celebrate.
Shades of white, blue and silver were fused into all elements of the décor to create a romantic winter wedding theme longed by the bride. Votive candles were lit to warm up the ambiance, guests were seated at small tables reminiscent of an intimate dinner and the bride and groom shared a sweetheart table with the wedding party seated beside them on lower platforms.
