An opulent combination of traditional and modern created this elegant wedding.
Christina & Thomas’s wedding was an opulent combination of traditional and modern elegance. From the morning tea ceremony to the evening black-tie affair, the blend of chic elegance was not only achieved but visibly breathtaking.
To relive their romantic wedding proposal in the stunning El Retiro Rose Gardens of Madrid, Tania Floral Design created a cornucopia of white and blush roses which filled the garden arbor where they made their vows. Gold accents enhanced the soft florals, and a cigar and oyster bar lavishly complemented the evening. Their first dance was around a dreamy fountain while guests gathered around with sparklers that lit up the night sky. Their romantic soiree ended with the couple being whisked away in a Vintage 1961 Rolls Royce.
The overall theme of the wedding was a timeless luxury. The bride wore a custom-made gown, designed by Galia Lahav and made in a couture atelier in Tel Aviv, Israel, which featured lace and delicate embellishments, a plunging back, and a dramatic train. The bridal party was well-styled in formal tuxedos and chic black gowns. The style elements included antique gold mirrors with beautiful hand-written calligraphy, soft white and blush florals, luxurious black and gold invitations with floral lining, brass candlesticks, and tall floral centerpieces.
