A dark, burgundy wedding inspired by Ted Baker
As the owner and lead planner of Inspire Event Rental & Design, Brittney drew inspiration from her and her new hubby’s personal lives for her moody burgundy wedding theme. Both big fans of Ted Baker (most of the groom’s closet consists of pants, shirts, suits and socks from the beloved English brand), the couple opted to include as many Ted Baker-inspired floral patterns as possible. From the bridesmaid’s attire to the flower girl dresses, table runners and place cards, all reflected floral print. The flower arrangements especially were built and styled just like a wild Ted Baker floral print. To honour the place they first met, Brittney and Mark also included black pottery, hand-painted skulls and other items from Oaxaca, Mexico. Brittney and Mark also selected long tables and hundreds of candles to make the space feel cosy and romantic. Guests raved over the food and all the favours were personalized to each attendee: a mini bottle of alocohol and cannabis chocolate bar.
