Small weddings are trending
Tania and Marko planned a chic micro garden wedding in 30 days, not knowing if the weather or the pandemic would derail their plans. With her first baby on the way, a control freak and creative director by trade, Tania was adamant about coordinating her wedding. In hindsight, she says she should have hired a wedding coordinator to save some wedding-day stress.
They opted for dusty grey, white, purple pampas-inspired florals, wooden triangular arch, family-style harvest tables, canapés served in palm leaf banana boats, and a decorative kozak table (Ukrainian tradition) showcasing a selection of wild game, cured and smoked meats. The outdoor affair provided plenty of room for social distancing, and although the max permissible capacity was 100 guests on that date, they capped it at 50 to ensure everyone’s safety and peace of mind.
