This enchanted forest wedding in California is the definition of an “unplugged wedding”
Filled to the brim with fresh greenery, this luxurious forest wedding—designed by Merrily Wed at Lake Tahoe’s The Carousel Estate—takes us out of the city and into nature. To start the sunny day off, guests made their way under a lush arch only to find themselves led to an even fuller arch composed of greenery for the gorgeous waterfront ceremony. At the tented reception held just steps away, trees were found marked by heart-shaped floral wreaths and tables featured greenery floral runners. For the couple’s first dance at the centre of it all, chandeliers suspended above a black and white checkerboard dance floor.
