Wedding proposal in front of the Niagara Falls
Josh and Y.J.’s relationship dates back to when they were neighbours and friends in elementary school. After years of growing up alongside one another, he finally mustered up the courage to ask her out in high school in the 10th grade. When time came for Josh to propose, he decided to take Y.J. to Niagara for her birthday, drag her out in the cold in front of the falls and get down on one knee to ask her the big question. They topped the night off by seeing one of her favourite musicals.
Delicious food, beautiful decorations and a constant flow of drinks ensured all had a wonderful time had the reception. Of course, since the wedding was half Jewish, the groom took part in the necessary Horah where he was hoisted in the air on a chair. Everyone hit the dance floor at that point and enjoyed the party. The Eastcore did a fantastic job capturing the day with photography and videography services.
After meeting with Alexandria of OMG Events, Josh and Y.J. knew that her talent and passion would bring their vague ideas to fruition beyond their wildest dreams. From the hanging greenery and Edison light bulbs to the draping and centrepieces, every component was perfectly reminiscent of an elegant industrial garden. The couple couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful day.
