Doug and Margaret met at Humber College at a Silent Auction. Margaret asked Doug to bid on the Maple Leaf’s hockey tickets. Doug was charming and made Margaret laugh. He asked Margaret out for coffee; Margaret said yes, and the rest was history. It was serendipitous, the right time and place.
The ceremony took place at Palais Royale on the patio facing Lake Ontario. The couple wrote their wedding vows, making the ceremony special and unique.
The décor was simple and elegant. Floral centerpieces and beautiful greenery set the mood for the reception. The pretty hanging lights added to the atmosphere. The decor team took advantage of the beautiful fireplace by adding candle-lit jars. They danced the night away, surrounded by friends and family.
