A private elopement at sunset was exactly what Minneapolis natives Kate and Ned wanted (and needed) for their intimate, laid-back wedding at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica, California. From start to finish, the day—captured by Geoff Rivers Photography—centred on family and organic decor. Bridesmaids donned mismatched dresses in varying shades of blush, pink and grey, meanwhile toned-down greenery from My Wedding Blooms was used in the ceremony arch, chair decor and bouquets. To add a pop of modernity, copper details were infused into the reception. The small, whimsical, laid-back wedding surrounded by Kate and Ned’s closest family and friends couldn’t have been more beautiful.
