A mutual friend who wanted to match them for months brought Jaz and Ralph together in 2015. On a sunny day in Montreal during Grand Prix they exchanged numbers. Both knew they would soon share something unique. A year and a half later on New Year’s Eve, Ralph picked Jaz. When he walked in, Jaz thought he was holding a bag of chocolates, but it was the engagement ring. He bent down on one knee and asked her to marry him, to which she gladly said, “yes!”

The Montreal Science Centre hosted the beautiful wedding. Guests got the flavour of both Haitian and Moroccan cultures. The amazing team of Taiteur Brera created a feast of canapés consisted of grilled lamb chops, arancini, cajun tuna tataki and satay chicken brochettes amongst other delicious dishes. The decor was nothing short of stunning. A wonderful fusion of botanical and bohemian wedding elements were added to create the boho theme they were after. Colourful flowers, hanging lanterns, large topical plants and plenty of candles made for a stunning decor. Lisa + Eddy Photography was there to capture the beautiful wedding.
