Kylie and Joey wanted a laid back wedding surrounded by their loved ones while still connecting to nature. The ceremony took place in the hot summer sun in front of the vineyards rolling hills of grapevines. Kylie walked down the aisle barefoot with both of her parents in her arms. A friend played acoustic guitar to “Here Comes the Sun” by the Beatles.
Their reception reflected the values and love for great food, wine, craft beer, and plastic-free! Their friends and family sat together under the large marquee tent at long farm-style tables. The vineyard backdrop allowed guests to take beautiful sunset photos between courses.
Ravine Vineyard was the perfect backdrop for the wedding. Their mission is to use ingredients from their kitchen garden and local farms. All of the courses served were vegetarian, the wine from Ravine, and beer from local breweries. Joey’s sister made the perfect single-tiered vegan wedding cake for them. Dinner followed by dancing and a bonfire.
Romantic Vineyard Wedding
The beautiful landscape was the critical element to the decor of this wedding. Kylie and Joey held the wedding reception under a tent decorated with white linens and floral chandeliers. To complement the green, they had gold and blue as accent colors. The farm-style tables were adorned with greenery overtop and blue floating candles. The setup up was intimate and romantic.
