The Lakeview Lawn overlooking Muskoka’s Lake Rousseau was where Heather and Thomas held their rustic autumnal wildflower wedding decorated by Gatto Flowers. The spot, where Heather spent most of her summers as a kid and even learnt to swim and sail, holds a special place in her heart and easily took the space for her and Thomas’ ceremony. Nearly 400 family and friends witnessed the lakefront nuptials – captured by Turnbull Photography – whose highlight was a fabulous birch arch adorned with roses, succulent, thistle, garden roses, dahlias and lisianthus. Seasonal colours, natural touches and garlands of greenery surrounded the receptionr with taupe taffeta linens draping tables and candlelit lanterns resting on wooden birch and maple centrepieces. The beautiful Muskoka wedding desired by the bride came full circle when her bouquet and wildflower crown reflected the overall theme. No detail went unnoticed.
