Bridesmaids are important people in your wedding party. They are your closest friends and dearest relatives; the ones who will help you select your wedding gown and will be by your side on the most special occasion of your life. Dressing them for your wedding is now a fun sharing experience as well. Evening gowns: in floor-length, tea-length or mini are viable options for the modern bridesmaid. These dresses will not only serve to enrich the beauty of your wedding party, they can be enjoyed over and over again.
We absolutely loved the colour theme of this wedding, from the invitation to the colour of the bridesmaids dresses.

For the past 15 years, McCaffrey Haute Couture has been outfitting brides around the world, capturing the true essence of “couture” in the process.
For designer David McCaffrey, “couture” means understanding how to shape and sculpt a woman’s body while using some of the finest silks, laces and accents. In doing so, McCaffrey Haute Couture made its mark early by heralding new designs, which helped revolutionize the North American bridal industry.
Each McCaffrey Haute Couture wedding dress, designed by David McCaffrey, is precisely crafted and made in Canada. The dress components are delicate and luxurious, often paired with Swarovski crystal beading, delicate feathers and the very same French lace as was sourced by the House of Alexander McQueen for the wedding dress for the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton.
The label has been carried throughout many luxury boutiques in North America, including 14 years at Kleinfeld Bridal in Manhattan, home to the hit reality series, ‘Say Yes to the Dress’.
The esteemed fashion house recently introduced celebrated mezzo soprano, Wallis Giunta, as the face of their new collection campaign. Ms. Giunta is one of Canada’s brightest musical talents.
Fine bone china, stainless steel bowls, handcrafted vases made of sustainable materials, and colourful luggage sets…the bridal registry has never been this interesting. In fact, creating your registry is a must.
Starting the registry early has several benefits. It’s a fun activity that offers a window into the future. It gives you and your partner a head start to dream, to picture the new life ahead, and to address certain fundamental questions: How will your house look, how will you entertain, and what is the lifestyle you will lead as a married couple. The registry will act as a cornerstone to the foundation of your home. This is much more than a wish list; it is a testimony of love.

Destination weddings always take our breath away. This beautiful wedding was photographed in Los Cabos by the very talented Manuela Stefan Photography
An elegant venue relies on numerous elements. Everything, from catering to table settings, works together to create that ideal ambiance you’ve always envisioned. Look for fresh ideas and incorporate them in your décor. Insert your sense of style by integrating personal aspects such as your favourite colour, your favourite print or a much-loved theme.
Using alternate furniture pieces you can create any setting. This popular addition to the venue décor allows you to personalize your wedding and design it according to your own vision. Chairs and bistro tables can be included within a reception hall to provide temporary breaks between meals where guests can sit and socialize. Large modular sectionals may be situated outside the reception area.

Marisa & Adrian, October 9, 2010
Marisa & Adrian knew that one of the most important elements of their day was the photography & cinematography. They wanted images that captured the authentic and fun emotion of their day. While meeting with several different photographers, they came across Little Blue Lemon and knew they had found something a little different, a little more creative, and a little more real. Many couples ask where Little Blue Lemon got their name. It’s a legitimate question; it’s quirky and completely laid back, but then again, so are the two husband and wife teams who make up the boutique style studio. Danielle is a retired professional acrobat; Tony spends his non-shooting hours with his award-winning sketch comedy troupe The Imponderables; Erin is a multi-talented filmmaker and editor; Matt was Gemini-nominated for his show “Love It Or List It.” Clearly, between the four of them, there is over a decade of wedding experience and enough quirky creativity to bring an abundance of fun to your special day. Marisa & Adrian were looking for a photojournalistic, candid style approach – a great fit since Little Blue Lemon prides itself on the fact that the images you’ll cherish most are the ones you never knew they took. Contact Little Blue Lemon Photography & Cinematography to experience outstanding service, unparalleled creativity, and stunning wedding photography & cinematography.

Welcome to the age of glamour, an age where wedding dresses are fun and feminine, accessories are alluring and fascinators are mesmerizing. Each element of your wedding ensemble (the dress, the shoes, the jewellery, the make-up) works in harmony to produce a look that is uniquely yours. It is a reflection of your personality and style. So go ahead, dream, dare. Fasten your most beloved brooch to your belt; wear an heirloom bracelet alongside several other trendy ones. Wear colourful jewels and contrasting shoes. Be yourself.

Inspiration, art, style, drama—this is the impact of the idyllic table setting. Guests enjoy the colourful table setting of a wedding reception while taking in the scents and appreciating beauty. When planning your ideal table setting, consider the two perspectives. How will your centerpiece look like from afar as guests enter the room? And, when they are seated, how will it affect the ambiance around the table. The height of a floral arrangement must take several elements into account: it can’t be too low to interfere with conversation around the table and not too high so guests don’t admire its loveliness. Choose the colours, textures, and shapes that define your theme. Pay attention to details as embroidered napkins, personalized place cards, or menus. A single bloom atop each plate is a nice touch. Multiple layers (sheer, lace, tulle) decorate your tablecloth. Look for unique items like plush fabrics, votive candles…to add dramatic nuances to your tables.
